Q. How long have you worked at Tidcombe?

32 years.

Q. What is your role in school?

I am an HLTA and cover PPA for the teachers. I manage sporting events (which there are many, including swimming) and I also maintain the computers in school so the children can have an IT-rich curriculum.

Q. Do you have a favourite subject?

History.

Q. Have you had any careers aside from teaching?

I worked in a garden centre and I was also a hairdresser.

Q. What is your favourite book?

Nurser Cherry Ames (children's series) and 'The Boy, The Mole, The Fox and the Horse'.

Q. What makes Tidcombe special?

It is a great community that helps everyone if they need it.
